Fed: NUS adds voice to concerns about uni fee-paying system
The National Union of Students has today attacked the system which allows studentswho've bought a university place to transfer into a HECS-funded position later in theircourse.
The matter is one of the issues the NUS plans to raise when it launches its campaignagainst up-front fees in a few weeks' time.
NUS president MOKSHA WATTS says anecdotal evidence suggests it's occurring relativelyfrequently in some university faculties.
